Nice work, AG. I’ve got a Things-I-Gotta-Quit-Doing list, but I ain’t making much headway on it — I’m too busy reading other people’s fine poetry. Thanks for being a roadblock.
Ali, I think over the years, I’ve made so many lists that my lists are a list. But my all time favorite list is the ability to listen. Loved your post! Take care!
I like this list. It is so real. The things we want to do or want to happen. Sometimes, it’s best just to let go and do what really brings us happiness. Wishing you well, Ali 🙂
Or just do nothing and enjoy life. It’s the simple things that brings joy, like watching the wild bunnies chase each other around my backyard. Great reminder, Ali to keep doing that.
Usually, I would just add your poems to my poetry collection within my emails after reading it. However, I need to keep this one front and center in my “new” emails. I have to-do lists but I’ve never seen a “not to-do list” and I absolutely need to keep this close. I also need to create my own “not to-do list” which would make my day so much less stressful. Thank you Ali!

I am with you, Ali, on this list! Thanks for the smiles. I don’t make lists but perhaps this kind of list, I should.

So many things we may do, but still mostly time passes in waiting.

We have bunnies in our neighborhood too. There’s nothing like a long walk and enjoying the beauty that I happen to encounter.

Yes! I have a similar list. But hadn’t thought to label it “not doing!”

No worries. These are all the things I am not doing. My list today includes only matters of the heart.
