Thank you to Vita Brevis Poetry Magazine for publishing my poem,
What the Grieving Seek, this month. It is an honor to have my words shared on this poetry journal. Vita Brevis (life is short) aims to publish work that shows a keen awareness of not only art’s beauty and longevity but life’s toils and finiteness.

May poetry touch your day.
Leaves play tag in the breeze
as cars chase green lights.
I am the only stillness
in the city this hour.
Living without permission
no need to ask, “Am I allowed?”
The leaves don’t ask to dance
down the cracked sidewalk.
I grant myself this moment
this sunlight soak before

Thank you Ghost City Review for publishing my poem, The Passing Judgement Of Those Walking By, this month. Ghost City Press is based in Syracuse, NY. Their goal is to provide a platform for the exhibition of work by new and emerging writers and artists in the online literary community. They publish writers who understand the complexities of the world we live in and who reflect this in their work.
We all have poetry inside us. How different the world would be if this were believed.
Make yours a day of wondrous words.
Today my poem Incomplete was published by Vita Brevis, The New Poetry Magazine. Vita Brevis aims to publish work that shows a keen awareness of not only art’s beauty and longevity but life’s toils and finiteness. I am honored to have my words join those of many wonderful poets on this site.
May the flame of poetry continue to burn brightly as we share each other’s words.
Make it a beautiful day as only you know how,
The Drabble has posted one of my poems today, Around the Corner. Today I will reach many more people with words of inspiration. This new year is full of possibilities. Don’t let your inner child hold you hostage. Jump into some poetry, swim around through the words and find something that will light you up.
Check out The Drabble at WordPress, a fun site dedicated to publishing original fiction, non-fiction, and poetic works of 100 words or less, on Facebook @drabblemag or on Twitter
I am again honored to have a poem published by Vita Brevis, The New Poetry Magazine. My poem Rest is up today. Rest is a constant seeking in our world by so many with weary hearts. If you are feeling frazzled, wired-tired and seeking escape then you are not alone. Take time to connect with another human, sit with quiet, or listen to a poem.
Sending love and support
by way of clouds
that surround us all
My poem, Visiting With Chaos, has been published today on Vita Brevis. This literary magazine is dedicated to revive and nourish the rich existential literature that forms when art and the human endeavor collide. Thank you Vita Brevis for supporting the community of writers. Through poetry we can calm our minds, share the human experience and laugh together to keep our sanity. Life is short, poetry helps make the most of it.
An additional thank you to Carl who first published this poem on Versewrights .
Make it a beautiful day.
