Hello Ali, thank you for this wonderful post. I did a painting of an old knotted up tree and it reminded me of myself and my hands twisted with arthritis so I called it “Arthritis” which then lead to me writing a poem about it.
I am glad to hear you connected with my words. Trees are such a source of inspiration. Do you have this poem on your blog? If so, I would like to read it. ☮️
A wonderful shot and a wonderful poem, Ali. That tree looked like it has stood for a long time and seen and heard so many things. I love trees. They stand quiet yet stand so strong. Hope you are doing well 😊💕
A beautiful poem. I love capturing trees.

Tree, a Haiku
I stand in your shade
Your limbs shed leaves over me
I’m warm in your arms
